Check what the word shuttle means in your offer

An airport shuttle can describe different services, so make the requested arrangement explicit. If you want a private vehicle for your own party, state that in the enquiry rather than assuming that a general shuttle label excludes other passengers. Provide the full St. Moritz pickup address, traveller count and luggage list. The written offer should describe the category and journey agreed for your group, including any additional stop or separate collection point.

For the airport return, organise checkout and luggage collection before the confirmed pickup. Ask your airline about its airport-arrival requirements and share the actual flight details with the transfer team. A flight departure time is not a road pickup time. If different members of your party are travelling on different flights, explain that at the outset and agree one clear road destination. Changes to the group or itinerary should be reviewed under the same request reference before travel.

  • Explicit private-vehicle request
  • Full pickup address and luggage list
  • Flight details and agreed road destination

Your airport taxi planning checklist

  • Use Zurich Airport or ZRH as the destination.
  • State whether the ride is for your own group only.
  • Confirm the pickup date separately from the flight departure date.

Agree the pickup details before departure

Your request is reviewed personally by dispatch. Share the travel date, exact pickup and destination addresses, passengers and luggage. Price, vehicle availability and payment arrangements are agreed for your specific journey before confirmation.

Check the local date against your flight itinerary, particularly after an overnight flight. Keep one contact phone reachable and agree who will speak to the driver. Before leaving your accommodation, compare the luggage actually travelling with the luggage listed in your request. Tell dispatch about changes early so the vehicle and pickup plan can be reviewed.

Send a transfer enquiry

The booking system saves your journey request after you select the route, vehicle and passenger details. Dispatch personally confirms the offer and availability. An enquiry is not a confirmed reservation. You can write directly in English or call +41 79 177 24 24.
