Give children their own line in the travel details
List every child as a traveller, then describe the seat arrangement you need for each one. Include age, size and the requested seat type so that the requirement can be discussed before confirmation. If you bring your own seat, say so explicitly. Do not assume that a family label automatically includes the right child seat, a stroller or sufficient space for all luggage. The confirmed vehicle needs to fit the people and the complete load together.
Prepare a separate list for large cases, small bags and the folded stroller with its dimensions. Keep the items needed during the journey accessible rather than deep inside the loaded luggage. Decide which adult will remain reachable during arrival formalities and baggage collection. If the return party or accommodation changes, update those details as a separate part of the booking. The return pickup time and any applicable supplements should also be checked against the written confirmation.
- Every child and requested seat type
- Folded stroller dimensions and all cases
- One adult contact for arrival coordination
Your airport taxi planning checklist
- Describe the needs of each child separately.
- Provide folded dimensions for a stroller or pushchair.
- Mention a requested rest stop before the trip is quoted.
Agree the pickup details before departure
Your request is reviewed personally by dispatch. Share the travel date, exact pickup and destination addresses, passengers and luggage. Price, vehicle availability and payment arrangements are agreed for your specific journey before confirmation.
Check the local date against your flight itinerary, particularly after an overnight flight. Keep one contact phone reachable and agree who will speak to the driver. Before leaving your accommodation, compare the luggage actually travelling with the luggage listed in your request. Tell dispatch about changes early so the vehicle and pickup plan can be reviewed.
Send a transfer enquiry
The booking system saves your journey request after you select the route, vehicle and passenger details. Dispatch personally confirms the offer and availability. An enquiry is not a confirmed reservation. You can write directly in English or call +41 79 177 24 24.
