Decide whether you need one journey or a working itinerary
Write down the places you need to reach in their actual order. A direct airport-to-hotel transfer is different from a programme that includes collecting a colleague, attending a meeting and continuing to another address. State whether the car is needed only for each agreed movement or whether you are requesting a chauffeur to remain available between appointments. Waiting arrangements should be part of the offer, not an assumption made after selecting a vehicle category.
Add the number of passengers and the luggage that remains in the vehicle during the programme. Business equipment, presentation cases or ski bags can affect the choice even when the party is small. Nominate one contact who can communicate schedule changes. If an appointment moves, send the new address and request an updated confirmation of the service and price. A planning guide cannot promise that a particular route or arrival time will suit every day's conditions.
- Full sequence of addresses and appointments
- Transfer or agreed chauffeur retention
- One reachable itinerary contact
Your airport taxi planning checklist
- Distinguish the booking contact from the actual passenger.
- Request a preferred driver language in advance.
- Include additional appointments as separate stops.
Agree the pickup details before departure
Your request is reviewed personally by dispatch. Share the travel date, exact pickup and destination addresses, passengers and luggage. Price, vehicle availability and payment arrangements are agreed for your specific journey before confirmation.
Check the local date against your flight itinerary, particularly after an overnight flight. Keep one contact phone reachable and agree who will speak to the driver. Before leaving your accommodation, compare the luggage actually travelling with the luggage listed in your request. Tell dispatch about changes early so the vehicle and pickup plan can be reviewed.
Send a transfer enquiry
The booking system saves your journey request after you select the route, vehicle and passenger details. Dispatch personally confirms the offer and availability. An enquiry is not a confirmed reservation. You can write directly in English or call +41 79 177 24 24.
